Repeat this entire exercise 10 to 15 times at a stretch.

Rolling The Neck

This exercise is most effective in reducing stress and promoting sleep. Rolling the neck can tighten the skin of the neck and reduce the appearance of wrinkles and sagging skin. Start in sitting or standing position, keep a straight posture. Now bend your head to one side, and then slowly turn your head to that it makes a complete circular rotation. Remember to keep your spine straight and shoulders down at all times. Repeat it in both clockwise and anti-clockwise directions for 3 to 4 minutes.
